The Launch Party of the Big Grill was one of the most successful launches we have witnessed in Lucknow. The event
was attended by famous influencers from F&B and fashion industry, Socialites, Businessmen, fellow Restauranteurs
and dealers. The guests indulged in the buffet spread and relished the wide variety layout whether it being the
Yakhni Biryani (Yakhni is a yoghurt, saffron based mutton broth, which is made using meat and aromatics) to Kebabs, Korma cooked in the famous Awadhi Dum-style or Thai curry (wet savory dish enriched and thickened with paste).
Not far behind was the thin crust pizza with a taste of pure tangy-sweet tomatoes goodness with fresh mozzarella
cheese and sprinkled with thinly sliced basil to name a few dishes from the gourmet. The desserts had Anjeer MangoPhirnee, Mocha fudge pie, several pastries and cake. The entire menu was prepared in-house to satisfy every
appetite. The Big Grill’s ambiance adds to its taste and provides a relaxed vibe so that you can savour the taste. The natural daylight lits the spacious place leaving a soothing feel behind.
