FY25 Success: Justdial Sees Strong Growth from Merchant Base and Tech Innovation
Mumbai, 19th April 2025: Justdial, India’s No. 1 local search engine, closed FY25 on a strong note, posting a revenue of ₹1,141.9 crores—reflecting a steady 9.5% growth over the previous fiscal year. In Q4 specifically, growth was driven by well-strategised merchant acquisition initiatives that enabled deeper penetration in both urban and semi-urban markets. Revenue in Q4 stood at ₹289.2 crores, registering a 7.0% growth over the same period last year.
In FY25, operating efficiency remained robust, with EBITDA reaching ₹335.4 crores, up 54.9% YoY. Net profit for the year came in at ₹584.2 crores, marking a 61.0% YoY increase. The platform continued to witness high user engagement, with quarterly unique visitors reaching 191.3 million in Q4, an 11.8% YoY growth—and total business listings standing at 48.8 million as of March 31, 2025—underscoring the expanding reach of Justdial’s ecosystem.

A key focus in FY25 for Justdial was making it easier for merchants to grow on its platform. Enriching product and service catalogues with detailed descriptions helped businesses showcase their offerings and convert users more effectively. The leads page was revamped with advanced analytics, enabling merchants to track and act on leads more efficiently. Justdial also upgraded its self-serve flow, allowing merchants to explore and choose Justdial plans that best fit their needs—anytime through a simple and intuitive experience.
On the B2B front, Justdial intensified its efforts on JdMart. By enhancing catalog quality, simplifying the onboarding process, and streamlining product discovery, the platform saw strong momentum in merchants’ participation. To further deepen its reach across India’s hinterlands, Justdial has begun on boarding and enabling regional partners to accelerate hyperlocal expansion, especially in Tier 3 cities and beyond.
For users, Justdial focused on enhancing the overall experience by upgrading the interface for faster, more effortless navigation. Detailed information like pricing, service availability, and instant booking confirmation was made readily accessible—helping users make quicker, more informed decisions. These improvements made business discovery and transactions smoother and more convenient.
